Hi, I’m Chantel founder of Organic Earth, a raw vegan based juicery and eatery.
 Just a little bit (or a lot) about me! I am a certified iridologist, herbalist and raw food chef. I became a certified iridologist in Canada, and launched Light Body Wholistic Clinic in 1998, and Organic Earth Kitchen & Juicery two years later. I studied herbal medicine at Dominion Herbal College in Vancouver, BC and under the esteemed direction of legendary raw food chef Dr. Aris LaTham, the father of gourmet and ethical raw food cuisine in North America.
 Even though I was born in Canada, I can call myself a proud Bajan! The beautiful island was a natural place for me to learn about herbal medicine in a gorgeous tropical setting; I savour the island’s bounty of tropical foods with their optimal nutrient level, abundant and energizing sunshine, and the ocean that generously offers up its healing “sea baths.”
I am passionate about guiding people towards better health and helping them reduce a wide range of preventable diseases. I work with many ages and health statuses - from young children to seniors - who come to me knowing that herbal medicine and clean eating are the key to resolving their health issues. I am thoroughly motivated to carve out innovative pathways towards wellness in the Caribbean and North America, to bring back traditional natural remedies like bush teas and plant-based foods and help people manage their new healthy lifestyle as easy as possible. I am committed to helping people learn how to make healthier lifestyle changes that are sustainable for the long-term.
